Unpaid leave not getting calculated correctly in Payroll

Former Member

Hi All,

I have a period work schedule where the employee works from Monday to Saturday & Sunday is off (4 Sundays in a month). When I mark one day unpaid leave for the employee & run the payroll for June then the basic salary gets deducted by one day but based on 26 days (Basic Sal/26 days) & not 30 days. The Sundays are not considered which is wrong. Pls help me how the system can calculate per day salary based on 30 days

Hi,

I'm using International Payroll & for factoring purpose it is taking planned working hours as the base is it because of it?

Standard Rule XPP1 to calculate factoring:

/801 Partial period factor 1

RTE=TSSOLL Set

RTE-TSAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/TSDIVI Division

ADDWT * OT Output table

yes

801 Partial period factor 1

RTE=TSSOLL Set

RTE-TSAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/TSDIVI Division

ADDWT * OT Output table

Can you try like this by copying the PCR XPP1 as ZPP1

801 Partial period factor 1

RTE=TKSOLL Set

RTE-TKAU** Subtraction

RTE*KGENAU Multiplication

RTE/TKDIVI Division

ADDWT * OT Output table
