How to capture unintended production?

Sir,

I have production scenario where I have created production order for Product A. BOM & Routings are maintained accordingly.

While producing I got output of B, C, D.......n along with A.

How I can map production & cost of B, C, D.... .n

I can not use Co product as I dont know standard B, C, D.... n production % while doing production of A.

Except Co-Product, there is no way you can capture and cost these products. Its surpring to hear that you cannot have a planned ratio of production between these, can you explain why?

Hi Prashant,

For B,C and D materials maintain material master with standard price.

Maintain co-product approximate % in BOM, and at the time of confirmation enter the actual data.

Hi,

Define B,C,D as semifinished materials with standard price in material master. Add all expected materials as by-products with negative quantity in BOM with some average quantity. At the time of confirmation adjust as per actual quantity or delete if not produced.
