Requsition Creation for Position

HI All,

When ever I navigate to the Create requisition Service in MSS and the form is opened , and direclty I was trying to select the SELECT Position button in the form, in this case the search help for the position is not getting displayed, but if at all I enter the requsition titlte then If at all I click on the same button in this iam able to get the searh help view for position.

But the requirement is the first case where manager clicks on the select position button as soon as he sees the formso what i would like to know , is there any possibility of acheiving this.
