Requsition Creation for Position

HI All,

When ever I navigate to the Create requisition Service in MSS and the form is opened , and direclty I was trying to select the SELECT Position button in the form, in this case the search help for the position is not getting displayed, but if at all I enter the requsition titlte then If at all I click on the same button in this iam able to get the searh help view for position.

But the requirement is the first case where manager clicks on the select position button as soon as he sees the formso what i would like to know , is there any possibility of acheiving this.

Hi Pavan,

Hope you have checked if the OM - ERec integration node is maintained as required.

Technical settings --> SAP ERP Central component (ECC) integration --> Set up integration with SAP organizational Management.

This is required to be done when e-rec is implemeted in a stand alone as well as integrated scenario.

Iam able to get the positions now, that is not a problem, now the main concern is that, as soonas manager sees the form he clciks the SELECT POSITION button then he should be able to view the search help view for position.

I have come to knwo that until and unless we enter requsition title we cna not get any positions form the search help view for position. IN my case manager wont event enter any title , but what he does is he clciks the button and he should be able to fetch the position and then what ever the position that he selects , that whoud be the requisition title..

Hi Pavan,

That is not true as far as my understanding goes. Requisition title is not a check condition for viewing the f4 list of the vacant positions. Please can you check if any BADI have been implemented which is causing this.
