I have attached a maintenance task list in maintenance order through Extras>> Task list selection>>direct entry.
due to some reson I want to deallocate same task list from that order.
how I can do it.????

Delete the operations
Or when copying-in a new task list, select the "delete existing operations" option

HI Pete
thank you so much for your reply. I tried this and when I was trying to assign same task list with same geoup counter(but modified operations)it is giving below error.
how to correct it ??
and deleting operations from order, does not remove task list from maintenance order. it still shows under planning tab.
error Meassage
No operations available for selection in chosen funct. loc. task list PS-ADM-MAIN-A-7220-0601 12
Message no. IW615
Diagnosis
You have selected a task list to include in the maintenance order or service order.
The system can no longer provide operations for you to select from for this task list because they have all already been included in the order and the indicator One-time operation selection has been set.
System Response
Processing will not be continued.
Procedure
Remove the indicator One-time operation selection.

hi tejasg
by defaultin order, task list, group counter field under planning tab are in display mode. do you mean I need to do field selection for this field as modifiable and then I should delete entries from this field ????
is this the only way? because any cofiguration change will be consider as a billable change request. and I am thinking about any standard solution where I can deallocate task list.
please confirm.
Regards,
Prasad.
Go to order change delete your all order operations and save order.
Again go to order change and then go to Extra >>> Task list selection >>> select the option suitable to you.
Based on it task lists will come. select the correct task list and then save. your problem will be solved.
No need for any config change.
Hi,
Add one operation in that order manually.
Then select all other operations & delete.
This should remove the task list from planning tab in maintenance order.
No need to save order for the task list to disappear from planning tab.
Main problem is all operations are not getting deleted & hence system is keeping reference to the task list that was previously included.
