Dear SAP experts,
I would like to know how to keep PDF form that be created by output control, e.g. purchase order form.
In my understanding, there is a feature in ECC. I want to use this function in S/4HANA public cloud.
With my experience of ECC, we can select "Print and Archive" in the output control settings. With this setting, we can see the form later which was printed past day. (Reprint function uses as-is data. I want to see the original form with data at printing.)
Can you give me advice to achive this requirement?
Hi makinom,
One option is to review the PDF in the app Manage Purchase Orders - the system keeps a copy in the output management tab.
The other option, if you want to keep a soft copy for example, is to configure your Cloud Print Manager to also copy the generated PDF to a file location as well as the physical copy (if you are printing them). If you are not printing them, you can still have the Cloud Print Manager save the PDF to a local file. (Please see the Cloud Print Manager help for details)
Thank you
Jerry
