Hello experts,
I have this requirements:
the client wants to create a work order from a maintenance plan, that will have different functional locations defined for each operations. So the request is the possibility to define, for each operation inside a tasklist, a specific functional location/equipment.
I know that there is the possibility to assign a functional location for each operation from the "object list" inside the work order, but the request is to define different FLs for each operations inside the tasklist...because then, they wants to create this kind of WO from a maintenance plan (tied to that particular tasklist).

You have already gave the option, you need to maintain the Functional Location / Equipment in the Task List operation and when scheduling the maintenance plans, this Functional Location / Equipment will be transferred to Order Operation.
Good way to explore is using Functional Location TL or Equipment TL, since General TL will not be relevant. If the fields are grey out, check whether this is active.
IMG => PM & CS => Maintenance & Service Processing => Maintenance & Service Orders => Functions => Define Notification & Order Integration
There for your order type, Select Assignment of Technical Objects to Operations Active.
