Sales Quote: Edit output settings

Hello,

I have a problem. When I enter in a Sales Quote, and I try to edit the output settings to choose the printer instead customer email appears that error:

Do you know what's happening and what's the problem?

How I resolve it?

As mentioned...remove all custom fields in form template selection rules..I had one KUT field that was deleted and same filed was referenced in form selection rules.

Hi Zoran,

I hide the column because I can't delete it.

But now appears that:

And I can't add a new column.

How can you deleted it and how can you add a new column?

Hi,

You can use arrows between two columns. Select each row from right column that dont have padlock and press arrow that point to left column.

When you remove all custom row selectors save and activate rules. Check if Edit output settings is working again. If yes than recreate business logic again for automatic form selection.

I had similar issue couple a day ago. The problem was that in form selection I had KUT field which I recently delete and form selection rules try to use filed that is not referenced anymore.
