Crystal for Sage 2013 - Network printers missing

Out of 50+ Win10 machine I have one that suddenly no longer lists network printers to print to, ie [\\server\printer]

All other programs I've tested show all printers.

I have added one of those network printers locally [print to IP port X] and it shows up and works fine.

I haven't come across anything like this when googling the issue other than a suggestion that Active X issues can be responsible. I'm not scripting anything though, simply printing from Crystal manually.

Any ideas appreciated.

Are you running CR from a Remote Session?

Likely a permission issue with ActiveX dll's.

Try right clicking on crw32.exe and selecting Run As Administrator, see if that works.
