Depreciation calculation start date

Hello to everyone,

I want to change the "Depreciation calculation start date" of assets. But if i change it, the system´ll recalculate all Depreciation, and is logic.

But i need to change the depreciation from today to the future ( NO THE DEPRECIATION OF THE PAST cos audit doesnt permit do it. )

Any help to resolve it??

Hi,

Since ERP 2005 you have the following possibiliy:

AS02

-> depreciation areas

-> Button more Intervalls

-> add Intervall

But please , could you explain me how can i do it??

For example : ADD INTERVAL i suposse that i can add a future interval.. how can do it??

Or depreciation Area , if i change it .. all depreciation of my assets is gonna change.. and i just want to change the future depreciation no the past depreciation. How can do it ¿¿?

The button more intervals you have only when you have Activate Business Functions EA-FIN

The depreciation is based on a total fiscal year. When you change the depreciation rules it will change the depreciation for current fiscal year.

You can make an additional correction posting for this fiscal year with:

ABZU - Write-Up

or

ABAA - Unplanned Depreciation

How to implement EA-FIN search on this forum, but you don't do this is some days.
