Multilevel Approval In Sales Quotation SAP B1

Dear Experts,

I Need to set Validation and approval for my client for the below Two Condition in sales quotation :

1.I have created a seperate UDF Field calles "U_Reviewer", So here the reviewer will update their name.The person who created the sales quotation should not able to assign the reviewer name.

2.Once the Reviewer Updated his name from his ID then only the Approval should go to Authorized person.
