Hi Expert,
Internal Order in my scenario is automatically generated in ECC from released Service Ticket in SAP Hybris Cloud for Service.
The Service Ticket contains Service Material & Spares and all the costs are captured in Internal Order. Internal Order is assigned to Settlement Rule PSG.
After settled to PSG, I found the COPA characteristics are missing. I found a way to get COPA characteristics in Internal Order but it’s only for single object/material. I have multiple items in my Internal Order.
How do I get COPA characteristics for each items (Service & Spares) in Internal Order? The information is very important for COPA report (KE24).
