BUDGET EXCEEDED PROBLEM

HAI

WE ARE USING INTERNAL ORDERS WITH ASSET CODE FOR OUR PROJECT RELATED PRS.

ONE PR HAS BEEN RAISED IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2008 AND PO HAS BEEN CONVERTED ON 03.04.09 AND DELIVERY DATE MENTIONED ON 10.04.2009.AND WE RECEIVED CONSIGNMENTS WITH 3 DIFFERENT QTY DUE TO EXCISE IF OF DIFFERENT VALUE WE WANT TO CHANGE QTY BY SPLITTING WHEN WE ARE DOING SO SYSTEM IS THROWING ERROR BUDGET EXCEEDED .

PLEASE GIVE SOLUTION FOR THIS.

Hi,

Can you please give us Exact error message? By looking at the issue it seems, your budget is over. For that as mentioned in the previous thread, you may need to increase the budget.

Hi

You have to upload the Budget for the month with the help of Finance and try the transcation.

This error may be due insufficent fund
