Hi,
For Manual Payments you can use IDOC Pexr2002 with Message Type PAYEXT, but there is no standard way for populating data you have to write ABAP programming for getting the data out of R/3.
IF you go by F110 then print program RFFOEDI1 is there by which u can generate IDOC's. (which doesnt require any ABAP programming).
