Pricing uploads - reduce by % field

Hi All

I need some help. When doing pricing uploads by DTW, my uom pricing does not upload correctly. The price in the "base price" column is correct , however the reduce b column is populated by random figures which results in a completely different price. I do not have the reduce % column field in my upload file either. I require some assistance.

Please see attached,base price is correct , however the unit price is randomly pulling through. I don't know the logic behind it. The bae price os on my itm9 upload file. This happens sporadially.
