Is there a known problem wir secSAPR3.dll in BIP 4.2 SP03 P1?

We got an issue while importing bw users to bip using sap authentication. Import of BW roles worked fine, but no users have been imported. But bw user was able to logon to BI Launchpad, after that the user appeared as user on BIP.

The problem was also described in https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3959604, the described solutions did not solve our issue.

Our customer replaced the secSAPR3.dll on the BIP 4.2 system with the secSAPR3.dll from an BIP 4.1 system, and the import of users worked as expected.

Is this problem already known and will it be solved with next Patches? It is important for us to know as we want to install a new Dev and Prod BIP 4.2 in near future.

Have you tried updating to Patch02 for BI 4.2 w/SP03, it was released Fri ?
