adobe form borders lines not getting extended

Hello,

I have an adobe form where the borders lines are not getting extended as the previous field. 
I have tried multiple ways but nothing is working. 
- Added a dummy field and maintained the layout settings - did not work.
- Merged the text into single field instead of two different fields - did not work.
- Changed the layout settings and added borders - did not work.

Please provide some ideas on how I can resolve this issue.

Pay attention to your "expand to fit" settings and the border settings on every field that expands vertically in your layout. Impossible to give a direct reason with the complexity of the overall layout based on a simple screenshot.

The issue was resolved. I have taken a longer approach but it worked.
