SAP B1 dashboard displays 'HTTP Status 500 - Initialization of SLD service failed!' error message

When logging in SAP B1 Client, the following error message is displayed.

The above error message is also rendered when navigating to https://<server>:40000/LicenseControlCenter/

Also, the import/export schema is disabled in the Control Center. The screenshot is attached below:

When navigating to https://<server>:40000/Enablement/, the webpage renders a blank page with Internal Error Text as shown below:

All the operations in SAP B1 are accessible by the Top Menu.

Any help in resolving this issue will be appreciated.

We are running the SAP B1, version for SAP HANA 9.3 PL04.

hello,

is there any other solution other than reinstalling the SLD?

i tried reinstall analytics service and service layer

but it didnt fix the issue

Hi Athanasios Economou

I remember that I fixed the problem re-installing the server components on Linux.

If you have an old version of B1, you can make a fresh install of the same server with a new version of B1 (the latest) and then upgrading individually the whole catalogs.
