BRM - Business Role - Provisioning stage failure - User doesn't exist in system_B

Dear SAP experts

We are currently using the concept of Business Roles - GRC AC 10.1 - SP 17

We have the following cenario:

Business Role 1 has inside two technical roles:

Role_1 from System_A and

Role_2 from System_B.

There two users assigned to this Business Role.

User_A exist in both systems and

User_B exist just in System_A.

Now we want to add Role_3 (from system_B) to this Business Role

At the "provisioning" stage on BRM Methodology is presente the failure: User_B doesn't exist in system_B.

After this error, BRM stops with provisioning and User_A doesn't receive the recently added role.

But in fact, User_B should not exist in system_B. In this case, BRM shouldn't passby for user_B and continue with assignment with the other users.

Has anyone see this cenario? Any idea of what can be done in order to users receive roles according to their corresponding system?

Hi Andreia,

The question I have here is how you assigned the BR to the user B initially?

Thanks

Hi Ramesh.

Business Role were assigned to user_B through an access request.

Hi Andreia,

In theory when you assigned the BR which consists of role_2 from system B should have created the user_B in system B initially before you added the Role_3(provisioning step).

Thanks
