How to add Qualification Tab in Organization and Staffing.

peace be on all of you.

i want to assign qualification/Requirment to Job/Position from Organization and staffing tool.

but Qualification Tab is not avaible in detail area of Organization and staffing, But in IDES server Qualification tab is availble.

How can i add Qualification Tab in Organization and Staffing Screen.

Hi Khalid,

In Organization Mgt and Staffing their are certain Constraints like some info types cannot be maintained compared to Expert Mode so, you cannot maintain Qualification in this Meathod i.e Organization and Staffing.

If you want to maintain , you can only Maintain it in Expert Mode.

PM, OM, Hierarchy Framework,Adjust Tab Pages in Detail Area

For Mass Data Maintenance , updating qualification for more than one person you can use transacation OOQM.

Here you can update qualification for more than one person.

or you can use TRcode po10 to assign qualification to the org.utnit or TRcode po13 to assign qualification to the position

i know we can enter Qualification in profiles of employees.

BUT....

i want to assign the qualification to Position, Persons and job via "Organization and Staffing" tool.

there should be a Qualification tab in detail overview area In Organization and Staffing as its showing on IDES server.

How can we add Qualification Tab in Organization and Staffing overview area.

with tr OOQA - you can maintain qualification catalog - there you can enter your qualifications

after that you'll be able to assign qualifications to the staff
