Involved parties Contact error in ticket e-mail

Dear Community,

When we are sending e-mails directly from the ticket, getting below error.

When I go to "Involved parties" in the ticket and trying to add 'Contact' role, I do not see it.

Please let me know where I'm missing?

    Hi,

    If you cannot see screenshot, please read error as

    "Please enter a party role Contact"

    for the Individual customer / Account , for which you have Created the ticket , can you please check if a contact is maintained.
    You check this by Adding the Section Contact in the Employee Section (refer screen shot added) and maintain appropriately if you are facing the error as "Please enter a contact for the party with role Account."

      Hi,

      Yes, I have already added this and I can see all the tickets have contacts maintained, still this issue exist?
