We would like to have the involved parties of our ticket available in the overview as a field (like Affected to or Employee).
Is this possible?

As Julius mentioned, it should be possible with SDK implementation, also from changes perspective, you should have a custom implemented Association to bring the custom involved parties created to Overview Section.
