GRC PC - Warning in SLG1 - "NWBC cache with H is invalidated"

Hello Friends,

In GRC PC, user has performed Control self assessment and has also received the automated E-mail. The user's reply to the system is available in SOIN t-code in the back end, but it is not updated in the Evaluation tab of the control in the GRC system.

The below warning message is found in SLG1 t-code. Does anyone know about this?

"NWBC cache with H is invalidated"

Hello Akalya,

The solution will be to invalidate cache manually on server and client side.

This can be done by calling report NWBC_DELETE_MENU_CACHE on server side and by calling

Help->Extended Supportability->Clean-up->Delete NWBC Cache (you need to keep Ctrl key pressed) on client side, if NWBC for Desktop is used.
