Advanced Financial Closing: Change communication system

Hi Experts,

I had started in an AFC project and now the question arised how / if we can change the communication system of our template from test system to productiv system. Is there a better option than just manually create a new task list with our 300+ tasks?

Within the define task list I can only add systems but I cannot copy the existing folders to the new system.

Hi, for several reasons you can`t change the communication system. You need to create a new template for your production communication system. Further you will require for testing a template connected to you dev or test system(s). 

Did you check Task List Models?

300+ tasks for one company code sounds a bit much. Maybe you can check the detailing of the tasks if it is really required.

We transfered more or less all steps from our excel, therefore we used many notes to also include non-SAP tasks to fully use the AFC as a reporting and controlling tool. Therefore I think the task lists models can also not be used.
