Actual Date Business Activity

Can anyone help?

When a Bus Activity is created the Actual Date fields are pre-filled with today's date & time

i.e. From 11.12.2007 - 12:33

To 11.12.2007 - 12:33

I have two questions:

1) How do I configure the TO field to be an hour on?

2) When creating A FOLLOW ON Activity the Actual Date does no get populated, how can I change this

Hi Barry,

Check the Date profile assigned to your Transaction type and then use the following path to open your date profile

IMG>CRM> Basic Functions> Date Management> Define Date Profile

Choose your date profile, and double click on it.

You will see the durations option on the LHS, double click on it and on the RHS you get a new screen. There add the default duration of 1 Hour for your to time.

Date Profile is 000000000001 Activity: Planned / Actual / Plan Compl.

When i look at the Duration Tab i see:

A_ACTTOTAL Activity: Actual Total Duration

A_FACE2FACE Interaction: Actual Dur. Face-to-Face

A_PLANTOTAL Activity: Planned Total Duration

looking into the A_ACTTOTAL i enter the DURATION of 1 and type of HOUR

this does not make any difference when I create the Bus Act, what am i doing wrong?

Hi Barry,

Had you managed to solve this?

In my case the A_ACTOTAL duration is calculated as a huge number of seconds because the 'To Date' of the ORDERACTUAL is set to 30.12.9999.

I changed the duration values in customising but still no change in the dates.

Please let me know.
