What is it about?
The objective of this session is to give you an introduction to the capabilities of the SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) through explanations and live demos. The session topics cover the understanding of how to design customer schema, including profile schema and activity schema, and how to connect and ingest customer data from various source applications, persist the data in CDP and also activate the customer journey via the connected destination applications based on the processing purposed you will define in CDP. Then based on the schema and ingested data you can define customer segments and activity indicators. Next, you will be able to personalize the customer experience by creating audiences and customer journeys. During the session, the Connector Studio and the Ingest/Query APIs will be also discussed and demonstrated.
