How is the capacity graph of type Q calculated in MRS

Hi all,

I have created a work center with 6hours capacity and 5hours break and created a demand of 2hours so ideally the work center used capacity should be 4hours. But the table shows -1909 seconds and the negative value indicates that the total work center capacity of 6hours is exceeded. I wanted to know how they calculate the used capacity and the remaining capacity and what the middle red line indicates in the planning board capacity graph.

Thanks in advance

Hi

  • Capacity graph Q (/MRSS/D_CAG_CG_Q)

Capacity graph Q indicates the capacity-based availability of a work center. When the graph is calculated, the system considers the capacities of the demands. That is, the remaining capacity of the work center is reduced when demands are included.

This graph is calculated when a demand is created, changed, or deleted. The results are saved in table /MRSS/D_CAG_CG_Q
