Inspection Point result not updating in QAPP table

Dear Expert,

I am working with Inspection Point 200 for sample management and activated two identifiers for inspection point

1.Text length 18(QAPP-USERC1)

2.Date(QAPP-USERD1)

now after result recording, valus against inspection lot is not getting updating in QAPP table

Anybody can suggest what will be the possible reasons for why value not getting updating in tables.

Results are in QASR, not QAPP.
