Brazil Data fields mandatory in ME31K

Dear Experts,

There is an request from user to make brazil data fields mandatory while creating an contract. I checked in the SPRO for screen layout setting for contract but below fields are not showing in layout. Is there any other way to make these field mandatory.

Material origin & Mat. Cateory.
