Please help.
In PR05 the trip is created with Default Trip Country and Region.
Now while entering the Expense Type system use to default the Trip Country and Region for each Expense Type based on the General Trip Data.
Suddenly system has stopped defaulting the Trip Country and Region against all the expense types and is further saving the data without giving any Trip Country and Region against the expense types. There is no record with spaces for Trip Country and Region both together.
Field settings for Expense Types are either optional or suppressed.
We have recently populated data for Trip Type Enterprise Specific and Trip Type Statutory.
Please advise as to what could be the reason that the system has stopped defaulting the Trip Country and Region against each expense type.

Hi Anil
Do you want to default the Country Name ? then go to FITVFELD_WEB Tcode and select the Trip Schema and maintain the value in Country and Region as blank.
This will default as required by you.

What you have referred is well maintained.
The problem is country and region which we select for General Trip Data in Trip generally gets defaulted for each expense type. The country definition and selection is correct the only problem is it is not defaulting the same from General Trip Data to respective Expense Types. One needs to manually select the Country and Region field in expense types, if not selected it is accepting blank entry in Country and Region field which is also wrong. It takes these values from T706O table.
Hope this clarifies the problem in detail.
