SUB CONTRACTING COMPONENTS IN GR posted with wrong proportions

hi all

main component : x

sub components : y, z

create the BILL OF MATERIAL with quantities 1:1 ration only , means for one main component X , one y and one z need to consume

but when i do GR , for one main component it is consuming 2 quanities of Y and 2 quanities of Z.

could you please give your information to solve this.

our team had implemented the note

Waiting for your screenshot of PO Material master Data Tab with Components. Also cross check material master UOM's, is the material has same Base Unit of measure, Order UOM & Unit of Issue.

Also check for component scrap factor in material master or bom item details. I can't remember if that has an impact during GR but it's worth checking.
