Crystal Layout for B1 Sales Order

Hi Experts,

I have created a crystal layout (through OLEDB Connection) for Sales Order with subreport (with common paramter 'DocEntry'). When i assigned the layout to the sales order in SAP B1 and viewing as layout preview, it is asking me to enter the parameter.

My question, why it is not taking running DocEntry from SAP B1 sales order automatically like the default SAP B1 existing layouts are working.

Is there anything i have to supply in layout?

Can anyone help me?

Hi Jane,

The parameter name for DocEntry should be DocKey@ exactly,
Can not change this name.

Thanks for reply.

DocKey@ is working only after i save the document otherwise not working. means preview before adding the document is not working.

what i have to do, if i want to preview layout before adding the document (sale order)??

Hi Jane,

I dont think preview can automatically print out the layout.
You need to manually key in the DocEntry.
