We are in the process of developing a client portal that leverages the Service Layer to fetch invoices, incoming payments, and other customer-related information. Additionally, we aim to automate the process of exporting this data as invoices. However, we've encountered an issue.
When attempting to use the ExportPDFData endpoint to retrieve invoices and incoming payments, we receive unexpected responses, as demonstrated in the attached images. In contrast, when applying ExportPDFData to Crystal Report Document Types, everything functions as expected, as shown in attached images.
Could someone explain the difference between the various Document Types regarding Layout and Sequence? Specifically, why do Crystal Report document types work as expected, while others do not?
