SAP ASSET MANAGER 2110 - FETCH ISSUE WITH EQUIPMENT , FUNCTIONAL LOCATION AND NOTIFICATION

Hello Experts,

As we are enabling SAM 2110 in one of our client environment , we observed a strange issue on the first initial sync the correct number of Equipments(44) , functional location(30) and notification(17) are getting fetched successfully to the device but when we initialize the application again we are getting incorrect number of equipment(0/1) , function location(0) and notification(0).

• We are using assignment type - 8 (work center level)
• Backend - ECC - SMERP 630_740 , SP0009

Please let us know your suggestions on this issue.

Do you see the technical objects when you go to the list screen? Could be that they are not refreshed on the Overview page. You may need someone from backend to check after turning on the trace and see why the subsequent sync is not returning the data?
