discount line for first 200 mwh in isu

Good day everyone

In an IS-U landscape, we are looking to generate negative lines (100% discounts) for the first 200 mwh of consumption while keeping the corresponding price for the period. Custom code solutions are available via ebia or even r402 but we would like to use a more standard/config oriented solution.

ex Scenario with 300mwh consumption from 1st to 30th of the month with a price change on the 15th .

In this case there is a 10 mwh consumption per day. First 200 mwh refer to the first 20 days so two lines must be generated reflecting the price change from the 15th:

- 1 line with negative amount, with price 1, for 150 mwh quantity

- 1 line with negative amount, with price 2, for 50 mwh quantity
