Is there any way to assign the Inspector responsible of results recording for an Inspection Lot at Operation or MIC level?
The custmoer requires to assign the analytics to process (record results) to the corresponding Inspector (SAP user).
In addition, after assigning them, requires to be able to obtain the inspection lots pending to be processed by the corresponding inspector.
Thanks
If your objective is to limit results recording only to the person concerned, then try utilizing the Inspection Qualification. You can assign the required qualification at tasklist level and thus only those people satisfying this criteria will be able to record results for the characteristic
If you are looking more from the workload perspective to identify which lab technician is working on which charac., etc., then try to use the Info Field 1/2/3 sections in the inspection plan where you can add the name of the inspector / lab tech responsible for that charac.

I am looking from the workload perspective. Assigning the inspector in the inspection plan is not a suitable solution because different inspection lots for this Inspection Plan should be assigned to different inspectors. In this case, the customer should change the Inspection Plan beofre creating the Inspection Lot, instead of doing this step when the inspection lot is created.
The objective with this assignment is to obtain a workload inspection lots pool by inspector. For example, the inspector uses the tx QA32 and filters by its SAP user to checjk what inspection lots have to be processed.
Thank you so much
It seems you are looking for a dynamic assignment of inspectors per inspection lot
You can either use Inspector Qualifications or Authorization Group.
Alternatively, you can still use Info 1/2/3 fields to assign the inspectors at char. level once the inspection lots are created.
Since you mentioned that assignments will keep changing per inspection lot, it means that you need to manually assign the inspector - be it SAP or even LIMS
Thank you so much Sourabh Maheshwari, Could you elaborate on the procedure to be followed? By which transaction can these fields be recorded at the characteristic level of a created inspection lot?
If you want to solve another answer, I have this open question too:
