EAM is currently configured in our GRC 10.0 production system. Our new dev.GRC 10.1 box has been built by copying from production system. We need to test the EAM functionality in the upgraded system as it's configured in the prod system. Centralised firefighting is currently configured.
Firefighter, FF ID, FF Owner & FF Controller has been set up in the upgraded 10.1 dev system for the purpose of testing and it's working fine. FF login notification is triggered but the FF Log review is not being generated and hence the controller is not receivng the notification with the login link.
I believe this involves some configuration in the workflow, however, am not sure of what it is and the corresponding steps. I would appreciate if anyone could provide me some detailed reference document to set this up.
