We are using GRC 12.0 and have enabled the standard workflow for the FF log review. It has been working as expected and the logs are being sent to the controllers assigned to the relevant FF's once the FF has been used.
The compliance department have deemed that the system, change, OS logs do not provide sufficient information on the change being made so want us to send the logs to the GRC requestor using the FF so that they can attach supporting documents and comments to the log before it is sent to the controller for review.
I thought I could simply use the GRAC_REQUESTOR agent in the first step, and then the GRAC_SPM_CNTRL_AGENT as the second step. The GRAC_REQUESTOR only appears as a notification and not an approver agent, I tried to build a custom agent ZGRAC_REQUESTOR and it allowed me to generate the flow but its fails as "No Agent is found" when the log is generated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
