Channel Affinity

Hi guys,

when checking target groups for the channel affinity there should be some data as target groups were used in campaigns that have been activated already. Does anybody knows what are the conditions so data is shown for score channel affinity in target group app?

just as reference here the online help of this feature.

At least the Email Affinity should be shown for a selected Target Group.

On your screenshot Email Affinity is empty. Prerequisite for getting an Email Affinity Score is that some members of the TG have an Email-address, gave consent for getting Emails and already have opened Emails. The Email Afinity Score can be found in the Score Builder app. See the rules definition there to see how the score is calculated. The Email Affinity Score is shipped by SAP and should be available directly in the Marketing Cloud systems.
