Dear all,
I try to check the Action Log in the Task List but I cannot see it in the Extras-Changes, in IA05/IA06 transactions. Can you help me and tell me why I cannot see it. is there any SAP note or something to be implemented?

Yeah - this is one of those simple things SAP need to fix so that you can see the change documents from within the task list transactions.
The change documents can be viewed via IA15 or IA21.
