When I change component allocation of 2 production routing that have a same assembly phantom item in their associated BOMs at same time, occours the error: CMCL 101 - "Item has been locked by ...".

Is this lock error standard?

Hi,

If you are using any external system for planning like ppds or APO, give it some time because the changes in the routing in ecc or s4 needs to be replicated in the external system as well. I faced the same issue. It's more about the system performance than anything else.

Hello,

Which transaction are you using multiple routing component allocation?

Did you check the locking entries in SM12?

Locked by system user, because the changings comes from RFC function.

locked by WHO ? (user or program)

it may be you had another session open locking an object or someone locked it or another program running (job) locking it, etc.

timing issue -

can you try it again ?
