KANBAN Cut over activities

Hi Friends,

I am working on KANBAN In-house replenishment scenario, where status of BIN EMPTY creates Production order in background as replenishment element.

Apart from Master data PSA and Control cycles maintenance, I would like to how to manage the cut over data..

Suppose in case of stock for KANBAN manufactured part out side SAP at Cut off date, how to manage BIN statuses at pre-golive phase. Please share some light who has experience in KANBAN process.

Hi Friends,

I came to know the solution on my own, here is the approach

The initial stocks for the KANBAN manufactured parts at cut off date will be loaded to SAP as per IM methods. for the first time, keep " Separate GR for status change" indicator set in control cycle and do the status change for required bins to FULL to sync with the stock for those parts.
