While creating material cost estimate in CK11N, the cost of all raw materials are calculated properly but the overhead calculation like energy, repairs etc is very less and incorrect. Can you please suggest me what is the reason for this?

Kindly check the price of the Overhead activities cost in KP27.
If maintained cost is wrong then maintain the price in KP26 and run CK11N and see the result.

If you are talking about overhead check percentage or amount maintained in cost sheet.
If this is activity type then check UOM of activity and UOM of material
