Automatic order settlement after order confirmation...!!

Hello Expert,

We have requirement that after process order confirmation in MIGO/MB31 (101 mov type) will happen , the system should automatically do the cost settlement of the order in background.

This automatic settlement should be done for every order which is created.

Please suggest how we can do this.

Hi Prasad, As Ravi correctly said, there is no such functionality and also i believe it is not correct way to do that as you also have to perform the variance calculation before settlement. I guess, they might be looking for variance analysis on daily basis after confirmations, if that is the case, you can setup variance calculation job every day in the background (as needed) and finally at the month end, you can setup WIP, Final Variance and settlement as background jobs.

Hi Prasad,

Unfortunately as per my understanding, we don't have such functionality, you have yo schedule a background job for CO88 to execute the transaction code in background as per your user requirement.
