CVAPI_DOC_CREATE - no Workflow Event DRAW-CREATED in SWEL

Hello.

i am using fm CVAPI_DOC_CREATE to create a DIS.

DIS is created successfully but there is no event CREATED for BO DRAW triggered and shown in tx SWEL.

Do you have ideas why this event is not getting triggered ?

I am using SAP ECC 6.0 with EhP 7.

Hi,

ok i can see now that there is a subtype to BO DRAW named ZDRAW01. How this subtype must be linked to WF ?

Can this be the reason why the event DRAW-CREATED is not fired ?

hI,

Yes, that is the probable reason.  It is always expected  to maintain DRAW instead of ZDRAW01 delegated sub type.

Hello.

ok. understood.

I checked SWEC and all seems to be ok. There are some restriction on status of BO ZDRAW01.

But these are not relevant for document creation.

When i try to set in SWEC event CREATE for BO DRAW i get the following message.

These are our settings in SWEC.

What ever i try there is no event created.

These are the settings for doctype AE1.

If i remove flag from Change Docs the event is created. So the main question is

for me why if flag "Change Docs" is active, no event is created ?

Do you any ideas on this ?

hi,

  First check did you activate trace using SWELS.

  Then if not show any event, check for change Document  is created or not, if created you can link your change  document to evnet in SWEC

yes i activated workflow trace in SWELS.

It is not showing an event. What do you mean by change document ? CDHDR/CDPOS ? And how i must link them in SWEC ? Do you have a sample (screenshot) for that ?
