We are getting error "Complete allocation structure Z1" for the order xxxxxxxx (Message No. KD503) while running back jobs for actual settlement for orders, business were getting error for settling internal order due to some currency difference small values, by means of a manual posting they were able to bring the debit values to zero and then they tried to close the order but then got error on the expenses line and again manual posting was done which brought the debit value of the order to zero. But still there are errors now when trying to close the order (Error- Balance of ORD 50075001 is not zero) Message no KO115.

Seeking for your help.

Thanks & Regards,

Kiran

Hi Kiran,

Check the settlement rule defined in the order master data. Then check in Allocation structure, whether any settlement cost element is defined to settle to the category defined in settlement rule. In allocation structure , it allows the costs accumulated in different ranges of cost elements ( posted with order) to be settled to the different category objects like cost center, another real order, PA segment

Cheers

Hi Kiran,

Check the cost elements assignment in the allocation structure. The structure should have the cost elements which are posted in the order. If the assignment is missing, then system through above error. However, you can also check settlement cost element in the structure.
