MISL: No common loc. can be determined check complete requirements group

We are triggering MISL using complete delivery check box in sales order. If I check that box for the order type we are not using for MISL it trigger MISL for the and gives error "MISL: No Check of item 000010 - MISL activated but MISL-Rule is missing" which is expected as a negative test case. But when I uncheck complete delivery box for the same order, it should trigger regular ATP rule but it is not. When doing Re-ATP we are getting warning message "MISL - No common loc. can be determined; check complete requirement group". Am not sure what config we are missing here.

Also found OSS Note 1921433, but not sure if it is relavent to us or not.

Hi Andy,

  You need to define an inclusive rule for MISL to work.

  Do like this.: Do your regular rules based ( your regular rules should not find the MISL rule).

  MISL rule should be found by the 'activate MISL config. Leave the characteristic here as blank)

  ( The strategy group mentioned in this config should take you to the MISL rule.)
