Trip settlement during Released for Payroll PA03 status

Dear experts,

The feature TRVPA parameter PA03 is set to 1. Thus, it is not allowing to post trips during the first days of the month while the payroll is run (Released for Payroll PA03 status).

The client requirement is to settle trips to the next period during the first week of each month, when the payroll is in status Released for Payroll. The reason is, advances must be paid for trips requested during this period.

I know the system behavior in this case is exactly as it´s supposed to be, once you have integration with payroll. But is there really no other way to do it?

Hi Emilia

I believe you might have an OSS on this same issue..but to confirm here also that yes the payroll integration means you must indeed wait for 'end of settlement' etc and payroll record to be released as this is based on the built in check during the settlement process for T549A.
