Hello Experts,
Need on configuring the below requirement for New York City Earned Sick Time Act
1. Employee needs to get 1hr into earned sick leave for every 30hrs worked.
2. And only 40hrs can be accrued in a year.
Does this require schema change ?
Please help with your knowledge on time management.

Yes , it requires Change in Schema pls let us know the below details:- 30 hrs worked , What hours does this consist of Ex :- planned working hours and also over time please let us know
