RTI - FPS YTD figures for Secondary Contract

We went live with RTI in Apr this year and we have a number of employees with Secondary Contracts. The Year to Date figures for Pay and Tax are incorrect. The system cumulates WT/121 Pay and WT/501 Tax into the YTD figures each month. This only happens for Secondary Contracts. Has anybody else come across this issue??
