PM order and sub order

Former Member

Dear Mentor/s,

I have created one main/superior order in PM and further split it into two sub order. I have received the external service for sub order. The main order value is 150000 and two sub order value is 100000 and 50000. Further i have settled two sub order first and then superior order. When moving to "Cost overview of order hierarchies" , its showing value 300000 and i m fully confused. So, (1) is it right to settle sub order first and then superior order (2) only settle sub order not the superior order.

I have attached screenshot for your necessary review.

Thank in advance for your cooperation.

Regards

Nader

No need to be confused because the Superior Order shows the value with the sum of Sub- Orders .You should settle Sub -orders First and then settle superior Order  hence your approach is right

It is showing 300000 as a value because Cost for Superior Order and Sub-Orders are added

150000 for Superior Order 4001810+100000 for Order 4001811+50000 for Order 4001812
